Shipping and handling charges are as follows:
Contiguous U.S.
$6 for first book plus $3 each extra book (USPS Media Mail) OR
$9 for first book plus $5 each extra book (USPS Priority Mail)
Noncontiguous U.S. (including AK, GU, HI, PR)
$9 for first book plus $5 each extra book (USPS Priority Mail)
Canada & Mexico
$16 for first book plus $13 each extra book (USPS International Priority Mail). Please read additional information below.
Countries other than the U.S., Canada, Mexico
$20 for each book (USPS International Priority Mail OR First Class International Mail). Please read additional information below.
For international orders:
The cost of shipping is low because it does not include tracking after shipment leaves the United States. We are not liable for shipments lost outside of the United States. For a more secure option with guaranteed delivery date and tracking, please email us and ask to use USPS Express Mail. Shipping & handling cost for one book using this option is $38.00 (instead of $20). For orders to be shipped to countries where mail has been unreliable, we reserve to right to not process the order unless this shipping option is chosen.
Import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer. We accept credit cards and checks. Checks have to be made out in U.S. dollars and have to clear before the order is mailed. We do not accept bank wire transfers.
